    Got a question

    In Article II of the Constitution, 2nd sentence would this have prevented Hillary from being President?

      In the sentence "he" is stated, referring to the President. Without an Amendment to the Constitution would this not preclude a female from the position?

        Actually, Hillary could simply claim to identify as a man.
