I believe the Democrats have made a big mistake which may come to bite them in the behind in October.
They took a single incident, that did, or did not, occur over THIRTY FIVE years ago, and absent any witnesses to confirm it actually did happened. And which was supposed to have occurred when he was 17 and she 15, and built it up with the help of the media and turned it into a major event, all though absent proof which nearly prevented an excellent and well qualified person from becoming a supreme court judge. The accuser stated, and with no other witness' to confirm. that she was pushed down on a bed, he began to take her bathing suit off, and he put hand put over her mouth. She got up, evidently she was free to do so, and ran into the bathroom. Now she could not remember when and where this occurred.
Again this happened over "thirty five" years ago. In my opinion, this whole thing is a sham, and shame on the Democrats for trying to use such an unproveable incident to prevent a well qualified person from being confirmed to the court. Just my opinion of course, Ray
