A woman asks someone to kill Kavanaugh on Twitter

This idiot thought she could hide on the web. She decided that her nom de plume would be "Spooky Spam".

So she posted this message on Twitter
"So whose going to take one for the team and kill Kavanaugh"

Anyway, it didn't take long before a bunch of eager beavers dug in and exposed the idiot.

    She's a Special Needs teacher.
Samantha Ness, Minnesota teaching license #506745

She immediately erased her account and Twitter suspended her, but.......
The info never really goes away. Some eager diggers went through web archives.

Her info is about halfway down the scrolled page.

What do you bet none of our resident National Socialists condemn this, either?

And now she hit the big time. She's all over the web.

Well, she wanted recognition, and she wanted excitement.

Hopefully one of these kollidge grads will buy a MAGA cap and whack Eric Holder, thinking the LSM will blame it on a Republican.

Is it the piercing that induces the delusion?

                  Or is it the inverse?

Well she worded it cleverly, even though she's stupid. She didn't say she's going to do it, and she didn't say she wanted it done, she just asked who was going to do it. I don't think the law can get her for anything, unfortunately.

I'm not so sure. Even the suggestion that somebody should do it
could be construed as a request. And it concerns a Supreme Court Justice
not just any old John Doe.

There's an irrational & unjust law that makes any casual remark, even in jest, about "doing harm" to a president a felony, but I hope it applies to no one else, & I don't think it does. Soliciting a particular person to carry out any crime is an offense, & should be, but throwing out a "wish" to the general public is certainly not the same thing. "Wishes" are not actions, & we're all in big trouble if mere thoughts are criminalized. Actually, this country has already criminalized some kinds of thoughts by passing "hate crime" legislation, which penalizes not merely actions but thoughts. Do we want more of that?

I guarantee, even if she is not charged, by the time the FBI and several other agencies get done “counseling “ her, she will damned well wish she had never started this little “joke”.

Thoughts are no longer thoughts when they appear in print.

In spite of my lack of knowledge about the fine details of the law, I've got to say that this is not a wish, but instead a directive.

But then again, that's for the experts to say.
