It is tough enough to get a decent meal in the UK. One has to have some inside information to find a menu that is not devoid of taste, and overpriced. Regards, Clark

I was working a contract with the British Army, and staying at a hotel under contract to the MOD. My counterpart told me. "Eat the English breakfast. They'll tell you you're only entitled to the Continental breakfast, but the contract calls for the English breakfast. Eat the English breakfast."

I tried -- but the English breakfast would kill at fifty meters! You never saw such cholesterol!
