Unfortunately, this is the least important of the legal issues involved...which is how all these greedy bitches who signed non-disclosure CONTRACTS in return for big payoffs later get away with selling their stories to the media! Breaking those contracts by speaking publically about the affair in question is SUPPOSED to impose big financial penalties, but it doesn't happen! Courts seems to have decided that any woman has the right to speak her mind regardless of whatever contract she previously signed...& does NOT have to return the money she was paid to keep quiet!

So a contract is binding if you're a man, but a poor confused woman is not expected to understand the obligations of what SHE signs!
