Megyn Kelly fired from NBC for failing to tow PC line.

She defended a white woman who dressed up as Diana Ross. That's all it took to loose her $20+ million/yr job. (Not that she or any celebrity deserves such an obscene salary, but ALL the TV anchors receive that much or more.)

Of course, all the sanctimonious PC promoters piled on to attack her for failing to kiss the...you know what. Only Geraldo said a few words in her defense.

Her fate only demonstrates that with the dems, a pretty face and a big butt will only take you so far. Regards, Clark

Blackface--Whiteface--Redface--Yellowface, what difference does it make? If you are portraying a known character real or fictional such as Bill Cosby, Louis Armstrong, Buckwheat, Whoopie, obama, Maxine Waters or such how is that different from portraying a character of a different race such as Trump, Clinton's, Bush, Frank Sinatra, Elvis and the like?

White is a race too !!!!!!

I'm no fan of Megan Kelly but the co-workers at NBC resented her from day one feeling they had seniority over her. Over time I feel NBC was looking for any "out" to get rid of her. Hope she gets the keep the $69M. Though she could never have actually earned this much I would like to see NBC suffer from their poor judgments, decisions and politics they like to play.

@ the academy we were taught to be cautious with three types of woman. !st, a drunk woman, 2nd domestic, 3rd scorned seeking revenge.

Not to mention envy over her being the best looking woman at NBC! No doubt, too, she was hated for having once worked for Enemy #1, Fox, even though she stabbed them in the back. Wonder if she now regrets jumping on the "me too" bandwagon while she was still at Fox? She deserves not one iota of sympathy, & will be fabulously rich for the rest of her life.

And even her groveling in the dirt, ass-kissing, apology didn't save her job! It never does!

The NBC/CNN plan actually worked. They spent a couple of years luring her over to their side and paid only $20+ million to do it. They let her do her thing then dig her own hole they could cover up. Labeled her as trouble, branded her as a racist, and told the public she can't report the news from "their perspective" according to at least one NBC exec.

They successfully killed their strongest competition.

Said something stupid, got fired. Also, got paid out really well.

We should all be so lucky to have that option.

Why do you define it as stupid, please explain your comment in a congruent fashion.

Stupid ONLY in the context of the "blacks are UNTOUCHABLE!" PC dogma that prevails in the media. Anywhere else, her remarks would be an ordinary, harmless, inoffensive, observation on the incident that led to her downfall--the white woman who ADMIRED Diana Ross so much she wanted to imitate her. If the PC Police had not attacked that woman, nothing else would have ensued.

But I repeat, I'm not sorry for her, & wish I could rub it in by asking her how she enjoys joining up with the liberals NOW! Her loss of income doesn't hurt her in the least, but becoming unwelcome at the big left-wing bashes in which she was accustomed to being a "star" will bruise her ego severely.

You can tell a Boggs, but you cant tell them much.

Same goes for our Russian friend. Black girlfriend broke his heart and he never got over it.

For one to value an opinion, one's opinion must be of value. In your case, what is said is of little value.

Sam, anytime I've taken ten more seconds to explain a position to you in a forum post, you either ignore or go off on another subject. That speaks more about your desperation than your value of me.

My original comment is, and remains, an observational fact of her poor choice of conversation.
