No poor oppressed minorities being insulted & ridiculed...or worse? Then you're right, I wouldn't understand the point of it; if you merely want to see them lauded, exalted, glorified, turn on the TV at any time of day, & within a few channel changes, you'll see it.

For sure you need the right child actors for it. But in any case it's the adults that are being lampooned with their insecurities being played out in the banal morning TV format. There's nothing in that bit that kids who think they might be gay don't already experience in some form.

Their parents decide they are right. The kids march like they are supposed to. Not doubt bright kids. Very funny bit and very accurate(if you watch much morning shows). Still a little creepy.

Megyn Kelly made a comment about portraying someone black saying it was OK. Well, how else can you portray them w/o putting on make-up? All we heard about was this over and over 24/7 on the usual media anti-Trump outlets.

Don Lemon makes a comment that white men are the biggest terror threat to the U.S. and hardly a word was said about it.

Hillary clinton made a comment that all black men look alike after confusing them herself and again not a word was said about it.

I wonder if the media thinks people don't see through this and all the other hype, cover-up and propaganda . On the upcoming elections the polls are saying about 50/50 with the dimocrats having a lead. I guess we'll see shortly if they're right or if history has repeated itself and the intelligent people have refused to answer their phones to the poll takers.
