Are you afraid to call out the growing problem of left wing radicalization and associated acts of domestic terrorism? Antifa comes to mind.

If you cannot condemn violence on both sides - there is something wrong. Take the beam out of your eye before pointing out the splinter in your neighbor's.

And again, I also need to strive to do better.

When bad stuff happens coming from the right, invariably the conversation (on the right) turns to "hey, both sides". When bad stuff happens from the left, somehow the b-word gets dropped in favor of a single-sided discussion about how bad those lefties are.

If a house has a bad roof and bad windows, it is possible to discuss them individually as problems. One is not obliged to discuss both issues only in the same breath. Insofar as we just had 2 domestic terror incidents in the same week from the right, we ought to be able to talk about them just as we might about that roof after a hard rain. I put the Kentucky shooting in the schizophrenic nut job category, which is a different grouping in my book. Some would say I'm wrong to do that.

In short, BB, stating that there is only one correct way to talk about right wing domestic terrorism is misleading, and I think the assertion itself belies an unease with the subject.
