Don't omit "Sodomites"--the one you hate the most, no doubt. Problem with all words designed to obscure the essential nature of some bad thing--euphemisms, that is--is that before long they acquire the stigma of the bad thing they are associated with. "Mentally retarded," for ex., was deliberately chosen by psychologists to replace the old-fashioned term "feeble-minded"; but now "'mentally retarded" has become un-PC, so it's been replaced with the utterly meaningless "developmentally disabled."

The Nobel Prize, however, for the invention of euphemisms has to go the genius who corrupted the meaning of a very old, popular, & honorable English word, with nothing but positive connotations since the time of Shakespeare, into the most common term today for sexual perversion: "gay." The damage to our language can't be undone, but at least some bright mind created "G.A.Y.?" to help expose the ugly fact covered over by a pleasing word.

Vern you are right, Togor doesn't like being called a National Socialist remember how steamed he got. Now it turn out this is exactly what he is and doesn't disclaim it any more. Gay is happy, not homosexual. To bastardize the American concept of communication then the political thought can be changed. What was abnormal for some time is now normal, what was wrong is somehow put right with nothing changing. To defend oneself is anti-social, yet certain left wing segments continue to attack. Control the language and people will become more tolerant of evil, this is the requirement of the left wing of society. I have to question, which is worse the Antifa or the flag waving Nazi's? "Our" Nazi's are more cleaver, their flag is covered in "tolerance" as long as one does not oppose their derailed train of thought. To have a better economy and cutting welfare is wrong as it forces people to go to work to support themselves. To decrease taxes is to help the rich, funny Pelosi and the other travelers are multi millionaires even the great socialist Bernie. What is more astounding is that "Our" three continue to be fed on the poison of socialism and continue to lap it up dulling their minds and will more and more.

Control of language is one of the fundamental imperatives of the liberal agenda all over the world. The mass media, mostly left-wing, of course, is the instrument of control. Thus about 10 yrs ago the BBC decided it was inconsiderate to the people planting IUDs in Iraq & Afghan, shooting rockets into Israel, etc., to call them "terrorists," & henceforth BBC staff were required to call them "militants" instead; tune into any BBC news program, & you'll hear that work repeated again & again.

But it was George Orwell in "1984" who first described the concept of changing the meaning of words to control public attitudes by the techniques of "newspeak," "doublethink, "blackwhite." Here's a brief summary of the method from Wiki: "The keyword here is blackwhite. Like so many Newspeak words, this word has two mutually contradictory meanings. Applied to an opponent, it means the habit of impudently claiming that black is white, in contradiction of the plain facts. Applied to a Party member, it means a loyal willingness to say that black is white when Party discipline demands this..."

Fast forward to 2018, & we see that even neutral medical terms like "homosexual" or "mental retardation," or a legal term like "illegal alien," have been erased from the media's vocabulary, because they bring home the truth of the things they describe TOO clearly. Of course, the sugar-coating is not applied equally! Where's the opportunity of demonizing the right presents itself, the gloves are off!

Eugenics. In regard to the "caravan" I see none here. There may be a few similarities in perspective but no parallels in actuality. There is no institutionalizing, no 'medical research' being imposed, and no caste system type labeling etc.. (The European Jews and others were not kept out. They were demonized within the countries they were citizens) The caravan isn't even on US soil at this point. Toss the eugenics accusations out the window because they do not apply here.

What I see is a horde marching towards our border. A sudden economic drain and a threat to national security. Quite possibly a medical emergency within our borders because we know what is possible with all that comes from down there. When the Soviet Union rattled itself apart and the Eastern Bloc followed in tow, look at what happened to the European nations who opened their borders to the so-called refugees. At that time people were so pleased to see the fall of the 'Evil Empire' they didn't look far enough ahead. Far enough is upon them now and it isn't a pretty picture.

If all is so innocent and non threatening, then why doesn't Mexico offer asylum instead of herding them through to the north as if controlling a parade of army ants? It's damage control on Mexico's part and they aren't worried about their neighbors having to deal with it. Mexico doesn't want them and trying to stop them means dispersing them to a point they cannot be controlled and neatly escorted out.

The crowd has grown picking up stragglers as they march. They are not all fleeing oppression in Central America. (Willing to bet half of them have never been there) Set aside all the "feel good so let's help them BS". It's an invasion of parasites, the proverbial barbarians at the gates, and it needs to be halted.

Too bad if deaths occur. Hopefully that would be minimalized. They need to go back ruined. Emotionally, possibly physically, with the message there is no pot of gold north of the Rio Bravo.

Mexico DID offer asylum, & a few took it, but there are obviously no US jobs or welfare programs in Mexico, which are the things they're REALLY after, so the majority of them said hell no! International law requires asylum seekers to stop in the FIRST country that offers asylum, but why should international law be respected any more than US law?

About 500 out of that previous caravan made it across the border to apply for asylum, & about 400 of them were accepted for processing & then set free as a bird--which means they disappeared into the vast underground support network set up by American traitors to protect them from fed authorities; few will ever be seen again unless they're caught in an ICE raid.

Conditions in the home country are awful because they are a stupid people. Who needs more of them. But you are right. In 100 yrs the world will not look anything like it does today. We know a lot about the earths history these days. This planet has basically melted down and rebuilt itself numerous times in 3 billion yrs. The western Rocky Mountains we see today are the second version of the same mts. People move a lot faster than tectonic plates.
