      Bostonbound: You can't get arrested for hurting some group's feelings but someone can file a complaint with a provincial human rights board at no cost to them but you can go bankrupt defending yourself. The human rights boards are in fact being used to stifle criticism (or truth telling) and have become an obstacle to freedom of expression. I suppose that it can be worse. I understand that in Europe, telling the truth is not a defense if the statements tend to show some group in a bad light.
