Jet lag can be tough. The key in my experience is to sleep some on the plane during the night transit of the Atlantic, and stay awake the rest of the local day. Caffeine is your friend! A poorly-timed nap can bring disaster. Not sure what happened to Trump but I'd think the seats on AF1 have decent leg room, especially in the POTUS section. -

That good advice. Luckily, I can sleep anywhere(get out of my way when it's nap time). I used to be able to power nap for seven minutes in a pinch and be good. And a poorly timed nap is trouble.Jet lag can be tough. The key in my experience is to sleep some on the plane during the night transit of the Atlantic, and stay awake the rest of the local day. Back to the OP, word is that Trump decided to pass up on a choice visual on the given reason that the Marine 1 Helo can't operate in bad weather. Yet somehow the Euro leaders make it to their cemeteries. I think Obama would have found a way too, and the crappier the weather the better. The Great War was all about rain and mud, and besides, if a Dem POTUS sat this one out, conservatives back home would have lit up the skies with their fury. Most likely, the significance of the moment didn't register with Trump.Comment

Ray's pride is on the chopping block. He'll defend the indefensible, as long as he doesn't have to admit he's a sucker too...and he didn't have to be planted in the veterans cemetery to earn the title."The first gun that was fired at Fort Sumter sounded the death-knell of slavery. Do you literally believe that saying is about a talking pot? Because in no way are you using it correctly.
And to the point....our military is NOT SUCKERS AND LOSERS. For Trump to call them that is unforgivable. On that everyone should agree.Comment
