AP is making a projection based on the LA Times making the declaration. I'm still trying to figure out how Putin fits into all of this. If the Russians could muscle the Presidential election, they surely have the means to muscle a measly little seat in the House. Hi JB, Rohrabacher is a Putin apologist when he's on the job. Why that is, you'd have to ask him. Whether Putin has given him election assistance or not...unknown. So the angle isn't meddling but rather the peculiar affinity between the Congressman and the Russian Strongman and the flags that raisess, even among his fellow Republicans.Comment
