An illegal immigrant was in custody in NJ and ICE requested that he be held so he could deported. The NJ officials ignored the law and let the scum go. Now he has killed 3 innocent people and is being charged with 3 murders.

There is something called "Felony Murder." If you are driving the getaway car when your buddy robs the liquor store and during the robbery the clerk dies from a heart attack, both the robber and the getaway driver can be charged with "felony Murder." The death sentence would be possible in the states that still have it.

Charge the NJ officials responsible with Felony Murder and give them life with no parole. This sanctuary nonsense would come to a screeching halt.

Red, your sentiments won't come to pass and I am in agreement with you. Until Americans reach rock bottom on illegals nothing will happen. Now if illegals continue to bring in diseases and it reaches some kind of epidemic …maybe something will occur. Too many of our citizens are comfortable and do not want to hear about any unpleasantness until it is too late. It will take something massive to shake America out of it's slumber and that is a fear I do not wish to tread. An economic/medical emergency to get one's attention would work. It is the governments responsibility to take care of these poor unfortunates, would be a different story otherwise.

If I were an Islamic terrorist, I would gather some volunteers, infect them with Lassa Fever or a similar disease, and get them to Mexico. From there, they or the people they transmitted the disease could carry it into the US.
