Thought a DOB was important to positive an ID of a person,

    Guess not!

U.S. District Judge Leigh Martin May ruled that county officials broke the Civil Rights Act when they opted to discount absentee ballots that listed an incorrect or omitted birth year.

Well, if they were incorrect or missing, then she did the right thing. If you can't remember your correct dob or forget to enter it, you are probably stupid, an illegal alien or trying to vote more than once, ie: a dimocrat!

Next time I can't get something because I entered incorrect information or missed a required field, I'm screaming Civil Rights violations.
Didn't that judge need to be correct to get through law school?

Maybe they don't know how old they are.
Maybe all they know is what they've been told - to put an X next to the D
What else do they need to know ?
