Hello!!! So the Washington Post is privy to everything the CIA knows???

First of all the CIA, the FBI, the IRS, and many folks that are still employed by the DOJ are all part of the "deep state," that Obama organized in his 8 years. If the CIA knows it, if the FBI knows it, if the IRS knows it, if the NSA knows it, then the WAPO, NYT, WSJ, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and Hillary all know about it.

Personally. I don't GAS who killed the bugger. But if the CIA knows it, if the FBI knows it, if the NSA knows it, then the WAPO, NYT, WSJ, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and Hillary all know about it, and all the supposedly "top secrets," the government has are all open to the deep state.

Why haven't they published DJT's tax returns?

I'm actually tired of the comments from the gov't about we are highly confident about anything. If you can't release the evidence then it didn't happen. At this point in my life I'm even skeptical of any proof the gov't might even release.
To Error Is Human To Forgive Is Not SAC Policy

one could argue the deep state has been around a long long time, much longer than Obama
and honestly, Obama count not organize his sock drawer with a teleprompter and someone else doing it for him, he was a patsy from the get go

I think Red is arguing that since Trump will stay pals with the Crown Prince irrespective of any orders given, the best public narrative to accompany this episode going forward is that there is no way we can possibly know what is happening or who did what, so therefore we might as well relax and enjoy the ride, trusting that Dear Leader knows best.

doesn't matter who is in office, it is Saudi Business,

if Clinton or Obama was in office, they would have likely let the Saudi's use US assets to do what ever they wanted to do to the guy and foot the bill to boot,,

Is it our business if the Crown Prince decides to get in a shooting war with the Iranians which makes the straights unsafe for commerce? These pissing matches between tin-horn dictators are popping up with increasing frequency, in my opinion because Uncle Sam isn't paying attention anymore. Did you know they finally nominated someone to be US ambassador to Saudi Arabia? Let idiots shoot enough sparks into tinder and eventually you'll get fire.

Some people are prepared to give a Trump a pass on everything, including now sh*t-mouthing the officer who organized the bin Laden raid.

Twist and turn, lie and burn. Red is saying that Trump didn't force the Saudi King to name Salman as Crown Prince and didn't force him to order the murder., You wanted Trump to have Pompeo go to Saudi Arabia scowling and frowning and shouting "You no good bastards killed a great American Journalist and we are gonna kick your asses."

That sure would have worked to to make things better!!! Instead, trump is faced with a no win situation not of his doing and has taken the right course... what good would come from cancelling the weapons deal with the Saudi's? They would simply go to Russia or China and buy from them, Trump is trying to do what is best for America and you are doing your best to destroy America.

T\wist and turn, lie and burn... that's all you know.

Hey why not put a Minuteman III on Mecca? If you're going to exaggerate my position, don't hold back. Trump admitted he didn't want to hear the tape. Why? Because how can he hear it and still pretend the Crown Prince is a great guy? Kiss plausible deniability goodbye! No, I nailed it and that irritates you.

tin pot pissing matches have been happening since the cold war ended,

                      not giving anyone a pass,

we (USA) combined with Russia and some parts of Europe, have royally screwed up the Middle East since, well, forever, so this is just another case of oops,

this is a case of an employee of a US Newspaper , who was a Saudi Subject, (not a US Citizen, correct?) who was kilt,

sorry for him and his family, but this stuff happens all over the world, to non US citizens, (let's not discuss Chicago)

so if we protest the Saudi's cause a reporter got whacked, do we protest every single murder all over the world? or only reporters that are critical of the Saudi's? or only the ones that happen in Turkey?,

we really have nothing in this, re the murder, since he was not a US Citizen, did not happen on US Soil, etc etc,

not our circus, it happened under their tent, not ours,

the Ambassador, or sh*t mouthing an officer is a different story/subject line,
