    Just in time for Christmas.
"The first gun that was fired at Fort Sumter sounded the death-knell of slavery. They who fired it were the greatest practical abolitionists this nation has produced." ~BG D. Ullman

"Remember the words I spoke to you: 'No servent is greater than his master'. If they persecute me, they will persecute you also. ..." Jesus the Christ, NIV John 15:20.

It doesn't make persecution better, but reinforces our hope. Prayers do help.

As long as we're on the general subject of ethnic and religious persecution, where do folks come down on the Ethnic Han Chicoms forcing the Uyghurs into reeducation camps in their own land?

The move comes amid growing international concern over mass disappearances in western Xinjiang.

From the Uyghur perspective, this would be like hordes of Mexicans crossing our boarder from the south and forcing the population of the southern tier of states to speak only Spanish and learn Catholicism and shout slogans extolling the greatness of the Mexican people. As entertaining as it might be to watch a video of our own Allen doing these things, it's the sort of thing that we Americans (theoretically) concluded was wrong decades ago.

As you have noted, Sid, it is open season on those who believe in Jesus. From the top on down, the progressives are pushing Mohammad. We will see. Regards, Clark
