California Judge versus UK Parliament ?...

No contest. At least I hope it's a no contest.
California Liberal Judge (what else ?) orders no disclosure
of documents, but hopefully Parliament will tell him to
stick his order where the sun don't shine and publish them.

I wish people that moved to this country as non-citizens, would show some allegiance to the country they now call home. They never do...only just just waive their flags of origin, and complain about how their new country doesnt quite measure up.

Maybe they shouldn't be here in the first place, huh Dogtag?

How does a US court have jurisdiction over the UK parliament?

They don't, so it's all a moot point.

The Judges order was directed here not at the UK.
          I thought that was obvious.

it might be an interesting article to read, unfortunately the daily mail site has more things popping up than an adult movie theatre.

One must read the article in order to gather that. As stated:

A US judge in California had ordered the files, obtained from Facebook via a legal discovery process, could not be revealed to the public earlier this year.
However, your header title to this thread implied a US judge was going up against the UK MP's. That is definitely not the case. Shame, shame DT. A tabloid headline if there ever was one.

                they did something,

                action was taken

                it is for children,

and most importantly, what difference does it make,

is it me, or does Zucky look like Data from Star Trek?

Looks like a guy who should have cashed out 12 months ago and enjoyed life on his island.

People in their 20's look at Big Data and the companies that own it as some kind of social force for good. Among my kids it's a split decision. I tell them Big Data isn't selling, it's buying, and if someone doesn't know the price then they're not getting a good deal.
