Ask any law enforcement officer what percentage of claimed sexual assault complaints are bogus and if they have any experience at all they will tell you at least 50 percent are bogus. That is a very conservative figure by the way. Most claims are made up for social reasons: Got pregnant by another man while the boyfriend was deployed, got mad at her boyfriend, got caught by her parents screwing around...etc. I saw this personally after 16 years in law enforcement. Women are just as big as liars as men are when it comes to sex. No angels are they.

Re: Due process. Require more than anecdotal statements to support idea that many if not most rape reports are bogus. Not to discount the word of any member on this board. Simply do not believe that so man men are being violated by women on the attack. Simple facts are that rape happens because men attack women. No rapist admits his attack on a woman. He denies it. Don't blame any woman as a individual or women in general for refusing to simply go along with the idea that the process of gaining justice for themselves requires that they deal with their attacker on equal ground.
