Marijuana is equally bad for your lungs as tobacco, with the added benefit of slowly coating the synapses of your brain with a white substance that acts just like more insulation on a wire - it slows the transmission of data in your brain by greatly increasing electrical resistance in the circuit, in short. I've never anyone who had an alcoholic in the family-especially a parent-who found it amusing or enjoyable. Soon we're going to have a couple of generations kids of kids who had stoners for parents.
