Jail house lawyers do this constantly, just another way to get back at the man and the system. These guys have ample time on their hands, devising weapons out of thin air and other devise ways. Idle hands are the devils workshop, make them do some type of constructive work not just weight lifting. Hard time should be hard time!

Our problem is, we put lawyers in charge of the system -- and they play the game for the benefit of lawyers. By allowing such nonsense, the judges make more money for their fellow lawyers.
