at this particular spot.
Maybe because it's easy to gain entry at this particular spot ?
Maybe at this particular spot there's no wall with barbed wire
topping it, or tear gas and rubber bullets coming at them ?
Maybe the dessert is a better place to be than Tijuana ?
Who knows ? Well the "Officials" certainly don't.
