Red, again, you were the one who assumed it was about trade. I thought you'd figure it out, tried to help you, but no. Obviously (to some of us) Iran would find great value in a MILITARY SUPPLY ROUTE to Syria. Hey on the plus side this exchange was comparatively civil.

So lets make it not so civil. You are an argumentative liar that and twists and turns everything I say. It was YOUR sorry ass that put up the link about the "caravan route,"across Iraq and not one thing in YOUR link mentions military operations... not once. It was you that contended that the reason Trump is pulling out of Syria was so Iran would have a free hand in using the ports in Syria. That's just another bald faced cowardly lie by a American hating jackass. Go to Hell.

        From the Israeli link:

Since the spring of 2017, there is evidence of Iranian construction of a land route for the traffic of military forces and weapons from Iran, through Iraq, to Syria and Lebanon. This route, called "the corridor," was supposed to be under Iranian control and influence by means of the Revolutionary Guards and the armed Shiite militias.
That is literally the opening of paragraph two.

The key words here are "supposed to be," Supposed to be by you, by the Israelis, by Saddam, by Obama, by the NYT, by who? What that means is that the rest of the "corridor," story is all "supposed to be" and is therefore meaningless. You are supposed to be an American, yet you hate your country and lie every day in your attempts to denigrate anything good with America. You are "supposed,"to be a supporter of this forum yet you post outlandish, slanderous, lies. Name one thing you have done that is "supposed," to be in support of the forum?

Have you ever been right about anything?

Red, you're just being a sore loser, resorting to over-the-top rhetoric, as has happened may times before. Yes, Iran would like to get a truck route running if they can to Lebanon and Syria. US troops in the region would obviously complicate that. Trump wants to turn and run for reasons never fully explained. I disagree with his call, and because this is a tough move to defend on Trump's part, you attack me instead because I'm here. Well it's not my Syria policy, it's Trump's. If you don't want Trump questioned, then write the WH and ask them to make better decisions.

Completely false arguments. Many in the U.S. would "like," to travel to Mars. That doesn't mean it is a possibility. The distance is major factor in both. But the Sunni's, Bathists, and Kurds in Iraq may not like the Shia taking over a slice of their country. And how are the Iranians going to use the military goods shipped via the"corridor?" Do you think they are going to invade Israel, Turkey Saudi Arabia, Greece, Russia, the Ukraine," or use this multi billion dollar highway to supply 2,500 troops as they take over Syria. Do you really think Israel would sit still and let this be built?

Why is Trump leaving Syria? It is called a campaign promise. Promises are something you and your haters and traitors don't give a $heet about. You were against us going into Afghanistan and Iraq (as was I), and now why do you think we should go all in in Syria. Russia in Afghanistan in the '90s demonstrated exactly why nobody with good sense wants to garrison troops there.

You are a pompous blowhard that is sickened by hatred for your country, the constitution, and the lawfully elected government.

Say what you will, but outside of your bubble, people acknowledge merit in the points I am making about a rapid Syria withdrawal. Unbriefed campaign promises about foreign policy are often unfulfilled for good reason.

Reading this thread it reminds one of, "No I'm not!" "Yes you are!" as the psychiatrists try to figure out who's meds need changing as the meds are not working.

If one handed anyone of them the best coffee or chocolate in existence, many fault would come forth from their pitiful existence!
