    Matlock, criminal trial lawyer

I watched a lot of the 'Matlock' series and even the reruns today. Do any of you watch Matlock? If so, what do you see in the court room scenes that could be called "not correct" ? I wonder why the those opposed to confederate statues and such haven't cried about this series?

It originally aired in the 80s'. Starring Andy Griffet (SP). Reruns are on TV now.

Major, I think it's something you wave around. In fact I have one in my back yard I would say what is is but our resident socialist might send me a pipe bomb...

John Cook, you are correct! It is blatantly shown in all the court scenes. I used to show the same item on Memorial Day along with the U.S. flag to honor all our fallen warriors. Since we have had an influx of new neighbors who hate anything to do with Civil War monuments, I have had to display it or rather hide it from public view.
