the perverts through the social networks and the media
convince them that it's not normal. Of course it's normal.
Young girls have always formed these close friendships,
but when society via the Press is obsessed with deviant
behavior then "friendships" between young girls becomes
suspect and is targeted by the bullies. Kids can be cruel
to their classmates, and if they sense a vulnerability they'll
pounce, and the sad result is often a suicide, in this case two.
