I wish all churches would do something like this

Sure, they are preaching to the choir and saying nothing that everyone doesn't already know but it would show we aren't giving up without a fight and wrong is wrong no matter how democratic or how much PC is brainwashed by the schools and media.

Most churches are pretty gutless. The days when Christians went cheerfully to their deaths rather than violate their beliefs is long past.

We're Southern Baptist, come to our church and see what is preached...Biblical Truth and nothing else.

A lot of preachers preach their heads off about what the Bible says but it is within the walls and security of the church itself. This is what I call the choir. These congregations came to church on their own free will and have the same beliefs that the preacher does so nothing at all is really accomplished. What I'm referring to is giving the message outside of the church like the picture above, something the unchurched would see, something the queers would see, something the liberals would see and something the kids would see to remind them that no, what you hear at school and on TV is not always right.

The dems have already served notice that political speech from the pulpit will endanger a church's tax exempt status, unless it is a black church spewing dem lies. Regards, Clark

Is preaching against queers political though when it comes word per word from the Bible?

This is another reason I like the idea of a flat tax where everybody pays. With no exemptions the politicians wouldn't own the churches.

Scripture had nothing against ethanol, only of over indulgence. Remember when Jesus changed the water into wine @ the wedding. Christ drank wine, drinking is not a sin overindulgence is. Show me where in scripture ethanol is banned.

The old joke about the difference between Jews, Catholics and Baptists. Remember it well. These days you tell the joke in full and feelings get hurt, or you get a sermon.

What high horse is that? Sam said there is no prohibition against alcohol in the Bible, and I agreed with him.
