The American people don't deserve Trump ...

Being President is a thankless job but he didn't take it on
in order to get thanks, more to bring the country back
from the brink where obama left it. Yet strangely obama
is applauded for what he accomplished, which was near
destruction of the economy, while Trump has engineered
a roaring economy and has delivered on most of his
campaign promises despite fierce democrat opposition.
But instead of applause, he gets blamed for the shutdown.
It appears that doing good gets you boos, whilst doing
bad gets you cheers. Considering the misery that obama
and the democrats wrought during his eight years, it seems
unbelievable that the voters rewarded those same democrats
with a House majority knowing full well that this would put
a damper on Trump's next four years. I simply cannot come
to grips with this sort of mindless action prompting me to ask
what is it that the people are saying ? Whatever it is, it's not
    in a language I understand.

After all the years of closing factories, economic recession and Wall St. catastrphe {add in a couple of failed wars } under G.W. and you mention Obama bringing us to near economic destruction ?

that's pretty funny.... but I'll agree with you....... the American people certainly do not deserve Trump

I fear that America had too many spoiled children and the MSM is the worst. I look around and see something I hadn't seen in 50 years, an abundance of help wanted signs. Why the demo's want to stop this with higher taxes is beyond my pay scale. I know a guy who works for one of the major computer companies, makes a huge 6 figure salary and company perks. Major liberal, thinks high taxes "help" the poor, pays very little taxes himself thanks to his lawyer/accountant. Look who are screaming for higher taxes yet are wealthy individuals. Does one think that a well to do person will take on taxes, if you think so I have several bridges over the Ohio that I have for sale cheap.

Spoiled children could well describe the Three Stooges -- they are narcissists, and believe reality must conform to whatever they say it is. And they get angry and frustrated when it doesn't.

I wouldn't refer to those who voted against Trump as Americans.

And the Allen-y hits keep coming. The flip side of this logic is that since those who don't embrace Trump are excluded by the tribe, they are not bound by the tribe's rules for displaying fealty towards the exalted ruler. And by being eager to cast so many out, the tribe multiplies its enemies.

The American people that vote get what they vote for pure and simple. You vote for stupid people you get stupid people. I support this president. I didn't support President Obama and that was my right to do so. If and when its proven in a court of law that President Trump has broken the laws of our nation then and only then will I change my mind. I did not vote Trump in the Texas primary. I'm a Cruz for President supporter but since he didn't win I had to vote for Trump as there was no way in hell that I was going to vote for Satans Angel, Hillary Clinton into office.

There is an old saying, "People, by and large, get the governments they deserve."

But I should point out that "innocent until proven guilty" is SO old-fashioned! Nowadays, the mere accusation is enough.

That kind of encapsulates the Three Stooges -- driven by hatred.

Uhh...you got Red and Allen on your team. That combo wins you the Hate Olympics Gold Medal 7 days a week. Yes there are sometimes pointed critiques offered of Trump or some policy. Calling those "hate" is either a script from the ol' candidate playbook or a sign that critical thinking is losing out to darker forces.

The other reality for "our" three is that hatred turns inward in their case then becomes depression and often self medicating with ethanol.

ever notice how many threads end with something stupid from Sam.... always needs the last word....

egomania .... Why Egomaniacs Have To Have The Last Word ... from the Market Eye

This feeling is short-lived as it is only a state of mind, and most people who have any sense of understanding of human psychology knows that people that do this are only doing it because they feel insecure, competitive, hardheaded and lack confidence often in their own intellect or are in need of covering tracks.

A person who has to have the last word is fundamentally flawed. Their flaws are for the world to see. They may be charismatic and draw people in, but if you listen to their conversations and in the modern age, look at their posts on social media, you will see a common thread of egocentricity and a need for supremacy.

Those who have to have the last word feel uncomfortable when that power is taken away from them and they usually end up fighting or in an argument because this has been taken away from them. They lash out and look for ways to rectify this.
