Surely if someone elects to not eat, that's a personal choice
and should be seen as such. People embarking on hunger
strikes rarely take it to the point of death so why interfere ?
Subduing someone and forcing a tube down their throat is
not my idea of nursing care, so unless it concerns a person
not entirely in command of their faculties, then I say if they
wish to expire from the lack of food, then so be it.
