Suspended Habbas Corpus and declared martial law under the Constitution and put people in prison under military guard. Chief Justice ordered the President and military to bring them forth to court, President and military disregarded so nothing happened. This could happen again due to precedence, with those under military arrest to be sent to Gitmo.

Problem with our Nazi's it was O.K. for their leader to try and destroy our country, give aid and comfort to our nation's enemies. "Our" three would have said the same thing about President Lincoln who was and did save the Union. Our President wants to Preserve, Protect and Defend our Constitution AGAINST ALL ENEMIES FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC. It is Constitutional to suspend what Lincoln did.
Sometimes one has to hurt the patient to help the patient. If "our" Nazi party members were physicians it would be O.K. to let the patient die rather then inflect pain onto the patient. As a cancer survivor I experienced months of pain to live...the pain was worth it!
