Trump of course would like nothing better than the opportunity to do that himself. Let's hope that it doesn't come to that, that someone sensible has beaten him to it. Totalitarians admire each other. No 'Rat candidate will criticize Castro or Mao or the next PoS Savior. Look at The Messiah. He couldn't say anything bad about the Assaholahs and kissed the ring of the Saudi king. Look at the Klintons. Donna Brazile has stated publicly she is scared for her life (of whom she is coy about), Andrew McCabe is spewing out the script he is told to read, and both Assange and KimDotCom have made it clear Seth Rich was the source of the DNC emails and look what happened to him, yet the Dems still fawn over that murderous traitor.

Both? Since the question was addressed to the resident democrat I was speaking only of the democrat candidate for president. If anyone runs on the GOP against Trump that will mean they have different values and thus probably be a RINO/democrat.

I wouldn't say that, but I would say that anyone who has watched Trump's systematic attacks on the fabric of government, include the recent one on separation of powers, and not thought twice about finding a way to vote against him next time needs to look in a mirror and consider the possibility that something is seriously wrong with the picture.

That said, I would prefer to see a centrist choice in the general election, and not a septuagenarian either. So no Bernie, no Biden, for God's Sake no Hillary, no Warren. Kamala? Hell no. Not sure who that leaves, except Bill Weld? No billionaires either. I'm tired of rich guys telling us they know how to run the country. And that includes Mr. Impeachment,Tom Steyer, with his personal campaign. No billionaires also leaves out Bloomberg. Geeze, I don't know. Maybe it will be one of those dark horse deals this time around, like it was in 2016 for the GOP.

One can learn from failure. One can also get financing from the Russians when they are so much of a risk, they cannot be trusted to not default on a loan from regional investors.

It will be fun to watch as was watching the people running for the Republican spot last time. Beto will not get much traction. He was a useful idiot running against Cruz but he had a tremendous amount of money from outside of Texas. I doubt he can get that kinda of money again as there are other more noteworthy candidates with their hat in the ring.
