Funny.... not a single Tweet so far ....

Funny.... not a single "Presidential Tweet" so far about the Coast Guard officer ... Red will accuse me of trolling...

    he's probably right ... I am.

But ya know.... I was pissed when Obama weighed in on Trayvon Martin... and I was pissed when Obama weighed in on other similar issues ....

So why not be pissed if Trump see's fit to weigh in defending his cronies .... or Nick the Maga Hat wearer who feels he was hurt $ Million Bucks worth ?

Yeah it speaks to a peculiar blind spot in Trump (and found elsewhere to be sure) that such anti-social messages coming from the right meet with crickets among the fellow rightists. Well this too shall pass.

What's there to say, but poor foolish sap, who snapped under the relentless anti-conservative prejudice displayed every minute of every day by the media.

Since the person is a serving officer and subject to trial under the UCMJ and the President is the Commander In Chief its a good thing he is quiet. Now remember lets not try this Officer in the court of public opinion. Lets wait until a jury hears the case.

Togor and SP want Trump to weigh in so they can criticize him for undue command influence.

Just as, in togor's eyes, AOC can do nothing wrong, Trump can do nothing right.

I think togor has a puppy crush on AOC. ;-)

Sandpebble's point is that there are plenty of ways Trump could talk about the problem in general without going into the particulars of this case. And in fact he does, but it's like this:

Retribution? Clearer proof is not needed that Trump sets the tone for people like Hasson, though Trump and his apologists will deny any connection. We can do so much better than Trump in so many ways, and someday again we will.

His recent post (above) proved you right.

Explain? I doubt you can. I find Trump's leadership lacking. Deal with it! It doesn't mean I have an AOC fixation. That honor lies with the Fox News crowd. Why do they fixate on AOC? I don't know, but my best guess would be her skill with social media, her being unfazed by the usual personal attacks, and her demonstrated intention to chip away at the GOP myth that they are the true party of the working class (translated: the GOP knows a sizable fraction of their voters could be sorely tempted by promises of free stuff). That's my take, YMMV.
