So which of the losers will turn out to be a winner ? ...

I could be talking about the democrat contenders, but I'm not.
    I'm referring to the upcoming Oscars - a performance I haven't
watched in over thirty years. Now I may not be the right person
to judge the quality of the contending movies as the titles I've
borrowed from my library have only lasted two or three minutes
in my DVD player before being ejected and returned to the library.
The comic book hero types are the worst - absolute garbage.
So, I'm wondering just how these people can choose which is best
when the list from which to choose is made up of losers ?
Yep, just like the decision the American people will have to make
    when choosing their democrat candidate.

I have watched a few of the trailers and if they are any indication the guys making these movies are on drugs. The latest was Aqua-man. I couldn't even get through the trailer. Even a nice little movie like Frozen(which has brought a billion$) is coming out with an over the top sequel.
If I should die before I wake...great,a little more sleep.

Don't care. As far as I'm concerned Hollywood's haydays are over.

50 yrs ago. Only reason I'd watch the Oscars--to see a bomb set off. 500-pounder would do the job right.

I knew it didn't look right when I typed it. It's a term I rarely use and probably never used in written replies. I got "red flagged" by spell check but when I went to the on-line dictionary the word was used in references and sentences as I spelled it so I let it go as is. I figured even if wrong it wouldn't be too hard to understand what I was implying. It won't be the last word I misspell and I feel certain the sun will still rise in the morning. I guess for those still in school it's a big thing though.

I've noticed that Spellcheck underlines words that are spelled correctly.
