Nuclear War maybe not such a bad idea ...

As long as it takes place far from where I reside.
Pakistan is one of those countries Trump so aptly described
as a sh!thole. So too is India - almost became civilized after
gaining her independence from Britain - but not quite. Rape
is the popular pastime, Cows vie with overloaded trucks for
space on the roads which are mostly potholes anyway.
There are far too many people and they kill Tigers.
That bit about the Tigers pisses me off, so go ahead lads
    blow each other to smithereens.

What I find interesting is our news coverage is not covering this very critical piece of the world. Two nuclear powers are playing games with each other. Very dangerous.

Well, there's nothing more important than the Cohen hearings,
Not Trump's meeting with North Korean leader trying to de-nuclearize,
nor India and Pakistan maybe going to war.

Democrats sure know what's important don't they.

Important--like more Benghazi hearings maybe. And why let the administration off of the hook for chilling things out between India and Pakistan? As for Korea, Trump is looking for any excuse to evacuate the peninsula, and Kim will furnish one, and Trump will spout some BS about how NK nukes don't matter, and the record will show that Trump's solution to the NK problem was to give them everything they want.

For the moment my prediction is has not come to pass, which I happily admit. But, from the Newer New American Bible (formerly known as The Art of The Deal), I understand that walking out on negotiations is a valued tactic in the exalted one's toolbox. Therefore I think Trump is doing what he so often does, which is keeping everyone guessing. But on that subject your guess is no better than mine as to what Trump will or will not agree to in the end, so don't pop the champagne yet.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is willing to sit down again with President Trump for denuclearization talks in the near future despite the two leaders not reaching a deal this week during their highly anticipated Hanoi summit, North Korean state media reported Friday.

See, the walkout appears to have been received by the opposite party as a familiar Trump negotiating move, which it clearly was. OK fine, but again, since no one really knows what Trump will or won't say "yes" to, nothing has changed. I'm not proven wrong....yet.

Oh and Trump is permanently cancelling annual exercises with the ROK, which means that within a few years, given normal personnel rotations, these combined forces will be unpracticed in the face of a large scale NK or PRC threat. In other words, all of those people (like Reagan) who preached peace through credible deterrence were full of sh*t. More winning, thanks to Trump! And Putin's asset isn't finished yet, not by a long shot.

This probably has more to do with China, then the NorKs. We know who's pulling Kim's strings, Trump, not so much.

Not sure I fully agree. NK domestic propaganda states that the mission of the DPRK is to reunite the Korean peoples under one banner (theirs). The US is depicted as the enemy force standing in the way. Trump showing a faltering resolve to defend the south is a gift of inestimable propaganda value to the Kim regime, because it shows Kim getting results on job #1.
