He has been Russia's ruler for a long time now. Every time we get a democrat as secretary of state he practically takes over the U.S. with arms control. John Kerry made the comment "it's not IF the U.S. is going to reduce our nuclear capacity to match that of Russia's it's WHEN". Then hillary gave or sold them uranium so they could produce weapons to use against us while nuclear disarmament talks were going on. Even a 5 year old could see through this.

    In short, I see him as a threat to Europe, the U.S. and the whole world.
    Putin or Togor, hard to tell the difference their aims are the same.
