    Starting a pool

I've noticed our resident National Socialists are starting to express their bigotry against southerners again. So let's start a pool to see how long they can go before they have to say something bigoted.

I'll pick 5/23/19 as the latest date they can go without expressing hatred or making discriminatory remarks about southerners or southern states.

    Ah...well, there it is.

      Nice find.

Pointing out that the NYPD may not put a lot of weight on Vernon's opinion of their integrity makes someone a bigot. Yeah, OK. And the whole Nazi thing.

Since you brought it to his attention he may shill out for a short while. I'll cut him a little slack and go with 7/31/19.

Vernon likes to claim that he is a victim of bigotry here at the forum. 'Trax found a quote of his from a previous thread where he declaims:
Exactly right. A man who accuses someone else of bigotry is himself the bigot.
So he's calling himself a bigot!

Personally I think leaning on loaded words like bigot, Nazi, etc., just shows a lack of ideas. If someone doesn't like their posts getting critiqued, then I don't know, go do some pushups or something. Or maybe don't post things that fall apart at the first touch (like this thread for example).

Dr. Joseph Goebbels stated that if a lie is told enough and forceful enough then the lie becomes the truth. Togor and the "voices" are doing just that and a splendid job one must say. When visiting various jails in my profession, I met many charming rogues. Very good at manipulating a small bit of truth to try and convince one of truth in "their" total lie. "Our" Nazi's are very good of just a little truth to "their" total lie. I caught onto Togor early with his "trained" comment about being educated at the college level. When I first started college one professor asked the class why we were in college. I said I was there for training, "Mr. Boggs one does not come to higher education for training, one comes for learning. Mr. Boggs upon graduation YOU WILL BE A LEARNED INDIVIDUAL not a trained individual."

                From the APA:

To become a psychiatrist, a person must complete medical school and take a written examination for a state license to practice medicine, and then complete four years of psychiatry residency. The first year of residency training is typically in a hospital working with patients with a wide range of medical illnesses.
Boggs' fixation on a word, train, that is commonly used in professional circles, mystifies me. The place I guess one doesn't encounter it is in a pure liberal arts curriculum, which is the form of college with the lowest economic value. I'm glad I went to engineering school, but if that wasn't in the cards then I would have gone for auto mechanic or utility lineman before wasting 4 years on a poly sci or art history degree which would, judging from evidence presented, prepare me for a future of posting monkey pictures and Nazi memes online. Boggs can and will rattle on about training and never realize that he is the butt of his own joke.

Apparently only Togor is "on" today, must have given his voices" a rest. Perhaps the other "voices" are in "training" for the 2020 Socialists Olympics. As my Sociologist Professor in 101, "Mr. Boggs one trains primates not university students!" Ohio University was a tough school for a psychology/sociology student to get into in my day. I have "trained many K9's" perhaps Togor can be my first primate!

Boggs, take God's advice and relax for a day.

The voices are his only means of support. That's why you NEVER see one voice w/o one of the others. Who else would agree with him, pat him on the back, tell him how right he is about everything?

Again, Boggs, you think you're needling me but the joke is on you. Cops, doctors, infantrymen, welders, firemen, carpenters, engineers, plumbers, anyone with professional skill trains. Mocking the word, all you're doing is making fun of a club that you never got to join. 67 years and no professional skill set to speak of. When I put it that way, it's kinda sad.

                            when did you graduate?

I was at VCU from 83 till 85 or so, and the indoctrination was pretty much in full swing in a few depts,

wasn't so bad before that when I was in a local CC, but VCU had started to turn into liberal or fail college,

                            nickname was Vietnam Cong University

the CC I went to just out of high school was nicknamed USC, (not Uni of So Cali, University of Southern Chester)

I was at OU in the mid 70's and then back in the early 90's. In the office many of us kept our "credentials" on our office walls along with awards. I kept my "training" certificates for mental health as well as the previous earned ones when I was an EMT and the LEO. Training was required yearly to maintain certification, other's went for higher degrees and were learned. Last walk was 22 years ago for me and man was I glad. I did a dual in psych/soc with Honors in 3 years with a minor in social welfare. To be honest, except for the statistics course it was quite easy for me. Designing my Tier III and IV was hard as well was the paper with my required practicum that I did at a half way house for chemical addiction.
