That's on the way. There is a move now where states will give their electoral college votes to whoever gets the most votes nation-wide, regardless of how the citizens of that state vote.

Yes. It's exactly the same thing. Non-citizens can vote, non-citizens are counted on the census so where is the line drawn? If Russians or others aren't allowed to vote in our elections simply because there is a body of water between us all they have to do is come here, vote and leave. Just one more example of America having no borders.

Hell, if the Democrats have their way, they can register by mail and vote by absentee ballot.

If your state is like mine your name is on the computer list of registered voters so no reg. card needed. In my case I had to register 3 different times before my name appeared. When you present your DL to vote they more than likely use a highlighter to cross off your name. This is the bare minimum that all states should require with the exception of: non-citizens should not be issued DL's. If your name is not on the list you can present your reg. card as I had to do a few times.

Other states are apparently very lax and let most anyone vote without keeping records. Some people find ways to reg. there names on several boards possibly in several states. Also the states do not do a good job of deleting the deceased from the list so people vote on their behalf as well.

During the last senate election here it was rumored (by them) that democrats from Mississippi and other surrounding states had registered to vote here probably by a broker or paid 3rd party source in order to elect a democrat when it looked certain that Roy Moore (a Republican) would be a clear winner. They came over in bus loads the day of the election to vote..

With computer files being as advanced as they are it seems impossible for such corruption to occur but does. I'm sure most all these people could tell stories on how they hack the system or go through someone or some agency that does. Perhaps many of the reg. cards are fake.
