Absolutely, along with all those who facilitated his illegal entry. That family had only to travel to the southern part of his own country to escape persecution, or to South Africa, or any of the 5 or 6 countries in East Africa that are largely Christian. Why is it always HERE & ONLY here?

How else would he & his FAMILY get through immigration at the airport without a TOURIST VISA? Tourist visas, if you don't know, are NOT handed out for the purpose of claiming "persecution" when you get here. Furthermore, there are so many thousands of illegal Nigerians living in NYC, that there is UNDOUBTEDLY an organized support network to coach other Nigerians on how to beat our flimsy immigration system. Good God, are you truly so naive that you doubt this???

And I repeat, if you are a persecuted Christian in Nigeria, why HERE, when so many other African nations have Christian majorities where you'd be perfectly safe?

Literally, they are "running past" it, because Mexico has offered asylum to all the invaders from south of their border. Their refusal to accept it SHOULD legally disqualify them from consideration as asylum-seekers in this country, except that left-wing immigration judges simply ignore that part of international law.
