    On the face of it

If a majority of Congress pass a law that a President signs that is unconstitutional and helps some people should it be left alone?

    helps some, or hurts more?

and unconstitutional should be struck down in court, if the court rules that way

One might argue that possibility--unchecked majority rule--is one of the fundamental reasons for having a Constitution in the first place. Yes?

If the law does not give blacks, illegals and muslims entitlements then one of obamas thousands of judges will declare it as unconstitutional and block it. Otherwise it will just breeze through, the media will not report it and the general population will know nothing about it.
