Almost unbelievable, that such a fair-minded judge exists in Cally; but of course, with unlimited tax-payer funding, the state will appeal to the Supremes, & NRA will have to dig deeper into its very limited resources to finance a defense.

Judges have to take an oath to uphold the Constitution. Unfortunately, they are lawyers and are able to find ways around that.
