Did you enjoy the ten yrs of recession we just endured? It was a function of cheap labor. White people didn't "build" the recession, cheap Mexican labor did. When you can crank out houses like there's no tomorrow, you need customers to buy them. Tweak the rules and regulations so the houses get sold. Doesn't matter how, just sell them. Voila; Boom and Bust. The Boomers already had their houses. The one's built approaching 2007 were for the Jerry Springer/daytime t.v. watchers.
