Mayor of Baltimore is in trouble because Kaiser bought $140K of her half baked children's book.

The article I read stated she had sold the medical system $500K worth of the books with no competitor being considered. They turned the books over to the Baltimore school system. After she was caught she returned $100K of the money.

Plus, like everything else, the books are racist.
