    Chicago goes Socialist ...

    I thought things couldn't get worse in Sinatra's kind of Town.
    But, It seems I was way off the mark as I forgot to account for
    the stupidity of it's inhabitants.
    Good luck Chicago - you're going to need it.

          Oh, but they can -- by borrowing. And they'll do that until the system collapses. Chicago is the new Detroit.
