An explanation to all...Back in another lifetime I had a habit of Jeep's and women, both expensive. I was working in a gunshop full time and not enough money. I was offered a part time job as an EMT with free training so I took it. I worked Sundays as the only free day that I could do it. Early one Sunday our squad was next out, our call was an infant not breathing way out in the sticks. I was junior so I worked the radio/siren, met the family rushing the infant to us on a country road. I popped the doors while my partner ran to the infant, a SIDS case of a very young couple. My partner had two young children so this was tearing him up as we put the child on life support/monitor. Normally I would have driven while the senior did the life support, my partner couldn't quite handle it so as the family followed us I did chest compressions and administered O2 for over half an hour to no avail. I can still hear the cry of the mother when she was told her child didn't live, I had seen adults die but this was my first child. My partner was quiet the rest of the day except for the phone call home to talk to his two kids. Flash forward when I started to work in the mental heath field and addicted people and their children. Children born with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, addicted to some type of drugs or an abusive home life. Yes, I have seen much that I have hated to deal with. A father spaced out and stabs his 8 year old son repeatedly with a butcher knife, the parent who trades their children for drugs. Yes, I am angry for what I have seen and dealt with to see women murder their child in a horrible manner!!! To look at a child who has very little chance at a good life and other's who are murderers with the clean word of "abortion" just sickens me. I am so tired of hearing of rights without responsibilities that at times I want to punch someone's face in or worse. Full of anger, damn straight with someone's snide remarks. I was lucky, I survived stage 4 cancer that almost killed me so I know of what I speak. Vern was in the thick of it and has seen the elephant then to have fools who have had a very easy life criticize us??? Get real!!! It's easy to sit at a key board with your butt plopped down while protected by someone else's life and run your mouth, yea real easy.

Boggs, review your own posts, how you glibly dish it out. And then there is returned fire, followed by a cease-fire, which you break because you're bored. And then your Speedo gets snapped again and you get mad again and redirect your frustrations to a direction unrelated to the topic at hand. We've been down this road about three times and so far it's always the same pattern. How about next time you discipline yourself better and not break the cease-fire if you don't like what follows. Otherwise you're just spinning your own personal hamster wheel.Comment

You've endured a lot. Few people can say they survived stage 4 since it is the final stage of cancer and no one actually dies of cancer itself but as the result in what vital organ the cancer has destroyed so you're fighting 2 fronts at once not to mention the chemo.
Getting back to Ivanka, I just hope she runs for office. Prior to Trump running our elections have just been a dooms day contest. The only hopes have been the lesser of the 2 evils winning, which has not always been the case.Last edited by Allen; 04-18-2019, 04:52.Comment

There are many good Conservatives in both parties who will come forth. The Democratic Party will return to what my parents had or will continue to implode like the Whig Party did. America is tolerant of fools and morons of both sides of the aisle. There will be a breaking point and tipping into reverse away from the cliff. During Sunday School and how the Bible intersects with today's reality my Deacon made a bold statement. He said our threat is from within, not without. VP Pence is much younger and therefore already on the job.

Mueller (and anybody with a brain) knew from day one the Russian collusion was all fake and made up and your nonsense and lies have long been divisive and worthless. Now tell us again about Trump's collusion with Russia and how he didn't really win the election. Tell us again about how he obstructed the investigation by firing Comey. Still haven't seen a redacted version of the report. Even Fox News admits that Barr is acting like Trump's defense attorney. These are all judgement calls, and Trump has people around him who understand the drill.
