Years ago one judge stated that he couldn't define it but knew what it looked like. IMHO this person has/was a "bitch" in prison, otherwise why keep coming back for more? 15 years ago I was unfortunate enough to be assigned to one of "these" a most unpleasant task. The only good thing I could say about this person is good by on his way to prison. Currently doing 25 to life for attempted murder with an iron pipe.
