I find the concept of "royalty" rather repulsive. Nothing against the Brit royal family. Seem like fine folks. Be great neighbors. Always amazes me how liberals swoon over royalty and celebrities. I think it is because they can't grasp freedom and responsibility and want someone telling them exactly what to do.

Just world news. Not important here but apparently so in the UK. As far as royalty goes the family is just a figure head now and just a few years ago the public sentiment was such that they wanted to end the age old dynasty. After Diana's death, who was way more liked than the "royals", Charles and his mother attended more social events, had the government hold tours of Buckingham palace and other taxpayers bottomless pits, and thus became more in touch and accepted with the people of England. At least they aren't muslim.

I don't know why CNN would come up because every news media in the world is reporting this. However, in the one case, CNN can probably be "believed" since everyone else is stating the same and it isn't an anti-American, anti-Trump issue, at least not yet.

If they didn't.... and they've always held that option... the tax rate of all "subjects " would actually increase
