    All aboard!

Apparently the Mayor of New York has joined the fray. Also, a poll shows that in Pa. Biden is leading Trump. This must be true, remember Hillary was elected President because the polls showed it.

Polls? That was then. This is now. Now the cow is not running. Now biden is making a run. If he keeps his foot out of his mouth, he's likely to end up at the top of the demokrat pile. That will be a problem for Trump since all biden will need to do is just not get to far out to the left. Pennsylvania, etc. are at best light purple ... not reliably red at all. There are not enough angry white men to hold the White House. Trump will have to run this election differently if he is to win. He'd better start developing a real 2020 vision that will not simply taste good to his base but will be something the middle of the road folks are willing to swallow. JMHO. Sincerely. bruce.

Maybe, but what I read yesterday was she said biden or sanders (whatever) should be her VP, that she should be VP to no one.

Re: If, etc. Wish I could so easily retreat into delusion. Just to old to pretend. Trump has not done a good job of taking care of those folks in the light blue and purple states who put him over the top. Last time, he had the advantage of a opponent who was widely hated by Conservatives in general and Republicans in particular. This time around, it will not be so easy for hate to make so much difference at the polls. Like it or not, he is going to have to defend his record. He has done well w/ judicial appointments. For that he will have my support. Others are not going to give that any notice. They are going to be all bent out of shape b/c Trump failed to give attention to whatever trivial pursuit occupied their attention. Some will foolishly seek to "send a message" by sitting on their hands and refusing to vote, etc. That will of course only help the demokrats. This time around there will be the usual suspected in the House who will be concerned about re-election while they face less friendly districts either reconfigured by partisan demokrat judges or legislatures or else reconfigured by the influx of people who support the demokrats. This time the demokrats will have a decided advantage in getting out fake news via the msm as well as facebook, etc. Given the hostility of these folks to anyone not wearing a demokrat tattoo, it is unreasonable to expect that supporters of Trump and Republicans will be able to have unfettered access to these same sites either to present ideas or news or rebut fake news. Now, it is possible the demokrats will self-destruct by 2020. It is possible. After all, they have a segment of bitter enders in their ranks who are willing to throw everything away in order to destroy Trump. If they get cranked up, they will likely so alienate light blue/purple voters that they may actually snatch defeat from the hands of less than well coordinated/unified Republicans/Conservatives. Given past performances, it is questionable if the right is capable of shutting its mouth fussing squabbling about marginal concerns long enough to present a single, coordinated, unified campaign that will allow Trump a second term. Past performance has not been inspiring ... think ... Bush, Romney, etc. Either one of these two men would have been vastly preferable in any possible way to the consequences that resulted when demokrats squatted in the White House. JMHO. Sincerely. bruce.

Bruce that is a curious mix of rational thinking and lowbrow tribalism. You're able to perceive that someone in a state where it matters may reasonably conclude that Trump is not a good choice for them, but as soon as they move on that choice to say vote for the other party, they become a Demokrat--note the spelling--imbued with all of the unsavory attributes that you would assign to members of that tribe. It's a jarring contrast to see put in words. People are people until they vote wrong and then they become something less, Demokrats. Too bad we can't ever sit down over a burger and coke. I'd like to understand how this odd mix comes together in your mind.

Regardless of a persons past political ties or liking. The way the democrats have acted these past 2 years in particular should set the stage that there will never be another democrat president ever. Now while Trump may speak with a limited vocabulary and repeat himself a lot, it is nothing compared to acting like a bunch of brain dead childish barbarians the democrat party has become. Other than someone who shouldn't live here in the first place (stooges ?), illegals, muslims or radical blacks, who in hell would vote for someone of this party and if so who? Every day a new can of worms is opened exposing corruption created by the democrats and willing republicans. What branch of the government would you trust now: The FBI, congress, BATF, planned parenthood, the IRS ???? These agencies have the same end results as the queers in SF and the homeless people in CA and NYC plus all the corruption of many of the cities spoken of here before---all controlled by the democrats. EVERY THING THEY TOUCH TURNS TO S**T. Regardless of who ends up being the front runner of the democrats the format will be the same: socialism/communism that has failed in every country and what we have fought wars AGAINST. To vote for ANY democrat is to vote for someone like Stalin, Lenin ( https://www.azquotes.com/author/8716-Vladimir_Lenin ), Chavez, Fidel Castro and other such "greats".

Yes, Trump will have to defend his accomplishments, many, if not all were blocked by obama's many appointed federal judges. Other actions were blocked or slowed by the democrats in congress. It shouldn't be a hard sale because everyone is watching and everyone is aware. These are the people who will re-elect Trump.

I see more Trump then the opposition unless one has to depend on patronage. People have jobs, a better future, feel better about self and our country. This is not only hope for their family, but actual progress towards that goal. If one wants a job the jobs are here, job signs abound from all business. A local construction company has a 5'x5' sign with a simple world, "HIRING." The sign has been up for 3 months and the company is quite busy.

When I was running for Congress in '04, I met a Republican who had run in that district earlier. Referring to the "delta" -- the most democrat part of the state, he said, "Don't promise them jobs. They don't want jobs. They want more welfare."

Look how many Democratic's are now running for president, over twenty isn't it? I'm sure it's part of the Dem's play book. The more candidates the better, as the more the better as all of them will help give much more anti Trump news coverage, They figure then at least it may give one of them a chance to win...Ray..

I think the latest daily count is 24 with the destroyer of NYC being the most recent. "Numbers", that's all they have to offer.
