I remember like it was yesterday posting my thoughts
on the death of Whitney Houston - beautiful and talented.
But it was seven years ago. Time seems constant, but it
isn't. It's really slow when you're a kid but speeds up as
you grow older.
By the way; I think the hologram idea is macabre.

Yup. I record the years going by by the weeks going by. They go by fast. I hate the weekends, but not because everyone else hates the wknds; Most older folks look forward to mail. I don't. But, I am reluctant to drive out in the country on weekends just because nitwits drive in the country on wknds- I had two close calls that involved said nitwits driving up hills across the double center lane that scared me. So I mark my days to go out. It's self inflicted. I can break the rules if I wish. But the weeks go by fast.

Seems to me everyone is in a tear arse hurry. When I drive into
town it's a 35 speed limit all the way. Now, I'm not a slow coach,
but I don't like tickets and my Truck is getting on.When I set out
there's nothing in my rear mirror (3/4 mile view), but by the time
I reach town I'm leading a convoy (eight minute journey).
I've been passed over double lines, just before a blind curve.
People are crazy - of course, most around here are liberals,
that might explain it.
