So simple a liberal could do it with enough help.

Just click on settings, top right hand corner, then scroll down the list of things on the left side. Select Edit Ignore List and type in the idiot of your choice and it's done.

After that when you are logged on you will not see their silly s**t again.

When I visited the psych hospital to check up on one of my clients is was not unusual to see patients walk the halls talking to "someone" who was not there. It was a sad sight to see a human arguing/cursing with an unknown. Same here with "our" four sick individuals, it is the same weird feeling that one gets when seeing a mentally ill individual walk the corridors. Often I would listen to the ill patients and have no inkling of what was going on, same with our ill four. The sane members of this board just need to understand, as in life, "our" ill population walk the halls of this board talking to self and the rest of us not understanding why. For those who have not dealt with a mentally ill person, closely observe "our" four population and see prime examples in full bloom. Many time only they respond to a post with the rest standing by.

Holy smokes, someone mentioned an M1; that's a pleasant change. When this site was one of the best on the web, the Garand forum was the busiest and full of information and great discussion everyday. Guntalk, 1903, Carbine and For Sale forums were very active as well. Now this one sees more activity than the rest combined. IIRC, Sandpebble and RKT would post good info in those forums then as some political stuff. I don't really remember about togor, other than getting called ToGore on a regular basis because of being an apparent fan of William and Albert. Anyway, let's all post more there and less here and make it worth the power that's used to run the hosting server.

If there is anything man made about the so called climate change and all the earthquakes and such going on, it's because of the Major spinning over in his grave over what this site has become.

Then this forum must be hundreds of millions of years old.

As far as politics go. Thanks to the communist there can not be gun discussion w/o politics since they are the driving force trying to disarm the free world. W/o those you mentioned above this forum would be like it use to be. They are probably just one or two who use different user names and are paid to destroy this forum. If you watch their comments you will notice that one will always reply with the other for support, they HAVE to have the last word and when pushed into a corner their comments will suddenly become unrelated to the issue just so they can spew their liberalism.

Dick and "Swede" would have given "our ill one's" the boot many years ago. Actually I feel quite sorry for "our ill" having dealt with many mentally ill ones over many years. Unless the delusion is chemically induced "our ill" are born this way, no chance at a "normal" life. To be honest Gent's, as "their" delusion is opposed with reality their reply can and will get more vulgar. One of "our ill" is already voicing sexual deviation and a fondness for this type of sex.

This was the go-to site IMO for practical advice on service rifle shooting and maintenance. Gus Fisher was invaluable back in the day. Gary Cunningham (bayonetman), may he rest in peace. Roland Beaver. I have two M1903 repro stocks built by Mike Kokolus, a GG and a C stock. Expensive, but he always used top grade wood in his blanks. I came to the party later than some, but still early enough to catch some of the old wisdom.

Unfortunately the people of today are the same as in the Revolutionary period, didn't care either way. Take away their sports/ethanol/government subsidized what ever and this really ticks them off. This country of ours is headed into troubled times, nothing we have seen since Nam. Ignorance and stupidity will be the start of the fuse with the watering of the Tree of Liberty. With the recent poll that 40% of American's are in favor of National Socialism things can and will get worse. It is quite evident that the opposing team are feeble minded susceptible to fear mongering. I found it quite amusing that President Trump ambushed the weak willed party with the first three minutes of a "meeting" and then went directly to a prepared news conference. It was entertaining to see the "deer in headlights" syndrome with the egg on face look. The President is learning and learning fast on how to deal with them. As long as the President continues deliver on promises and the economy continues to improve the NSDWP will spin in the mud sinking deeper and deeper into the abyss.

I like guns and gun talk too but WTF does the subject of an M1 have to do with this particular thread? Most would call it an attempt to "hijack" the subject that was started. More than likely it was mentioned because someone thought they had to be heard and didn't have anything useful to say.

Yes, the mention of a M1 was just another hijack of the thread. But as I said, the mention of a M1 on this whole site was eventful. Not sure why you are jumping on me though?
