as an American Beer Enthusiast,
who has traveled to London,
I drank both draft and bottled beer,
bottled was kept in the room, (I took the high priced stocked fridge xxxx out and stacked in on the counter and put some damn good Shephard's Neame product in the fridge (Bishop's Finger is delish)
and stopped at each pub we could that had a CAMRA placard on the front door,
I'm a hop head, micro beer geek, and love some Guinness and Belgian beers (German are overrated in my not so humble opinion,, cept for Berliner Weisses) but nothing beats a good English Cask Ale,,, served at Cellar temp, hand pumped,
and it better have at least 1\2" or head on it,,
