no word on if that means he picked up his suppressor recently, long ago, trust, or not have one at all,,,
and since he was not a white christian male, and did not use an AR, anymore info will likely be on the bottom of page 10, in the local only newsletterComment

What I have read was that the shooter was a 40 year old black man who had been a city employee for 15 years, but had been fired the day before the shooting. He had a degree in civil engineering and had been employed as a city engineer. I guess he turned out to not be very "civil".
His neighbors said he rarely talked to any one, never smiled, and his wife left his a few years ago. He spent all his free time at the gym getting "jacked up". Maybe check his body during autopsy for anabolic steroids, maybe a little steroid rage?
His victims were both white and black, so we had an equal opportunity killer. All but one of his victims were city employees. The one poor victim that was not a city employee was a man that was at the building to obtain a building permit.Comment

I worked with many people who were diagnosed I.E.D., Intermittent Explosive Disorder. This syndrome is not clearly understood as to what sets a person off, this could be part of what might have happened...who knows? As suggested did steroids play a part in the brain chemistry, was he a violent person by nature? I agree, a toxicology examination of the body as part of the autopsy is in order to rule out any causal ideations.
