                      Ah that. It's an interesting idea, but my guess is it will be gamed by the providers. In many rural areas there is only one provider anyways. This goes to my earlier comment about many in the industry having an ongoing interest in strategic inefficiency.

                          I retired fifteen yrs ago. I never look at anything to do with medical. For that matter I rarely look at my bank statement. The money comes in and the money goes out. So far so good. I thank the lord I don't have to worry about this stuff. Just lucky I guess. My dear old pappy told me, learn a skill or get a good government job.
                          If I should die before I wake...great,a little more sleep.
